They answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Both the sales and administrative help was top notch and paperwork went smoothly. "I must say that Carrie is awesome at working for her customers. The first bike I bought was last year. It was the 650 Vstar Silverado. While this bike was fine for the short runs and getting back into riding again, I outgrew the abilities of this bike within the year. So, I came back and Carrie went to work for me again. This time we ended up with the Vulcan Nomad. The experience at Hammertime is great. The folks there go out of their way to help out when needed and give you great service. If only they could hire more help in the service department to get things really rolling. However, from what I hear, this is common in all dealerships across the area, so no real complaints there at all. Will never shop anyplace else for a bike. Thanks Hammertime & Carrie!"

"After searching for about 1 year I found the bike that sang to me. She is a 05 Vulcan 1600 Classic. I looked at all the other bikes had it down to the Road King and a Vulcan but when I saw her it was love at first site! I have had her for 6 months now. Our sales person, Carrie was the best; she had all the answers to my questions. What she didn’t know she found out in minutes (There wasn’t much she didn’t, lol) The next thing on the list would be service, which as we all know is a MAJOR point of any dealership; sadly most dealers don’t realize this. But Hammer time does!!! Even after 6 months. I have had 2 issues with my bike one minor one sort of major. There were on the job in a timely manor. You can’t ask for more. This dealer ship seems to actually care about the customer, after the sale most don’t. I now look for most of my extras at hammer time. Sometimes I just stop by to visit, they are new friends. "
